Refund policy

We want you to love your set.

To start a return, contact support@osomni.com. Please do not send items back before your return has been approved and return instructions have been provided.

Unopened / unused returns
If your item is unused and unopened in its original packaging, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unopened, unused returns unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Hygiene
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns for opened or used nail sets.

Fit guarantee
If a set doesn't fit, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We’ll first offer a replacement in sizes that work. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, we’ll refund you. You don't need to send anything back — for hygiene reasons we don't accept used sets.

Damaged / defective / incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us as soon as possible with your order number and a clear photo, and we'll make it right.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Returned items are inspected when received. Fit-guarantee refunds don't require a return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
