Refund policy

We want you to love your set.

Unopened / unused returns
If your item is unused and unopened in its original packaging, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Hygiene
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns for opened or used nail sets.

Damaged / defective / incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo, and we’ll make it right.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected (shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect).
