What Every First-Timer Wants to Know
Yes! Press-ons sit on top of your natural nail, so short, weak, or uneven nails all work fine. Many customers wear them while their natural nails grow out or recover.
Up to 2 weeks with the nail glue. With the adhesive tabs, expect a few days — tabs trade some wear time for coming off cleanly, so the set can be reused. Both are in the box, so you can pick depending on the occasion.
If you’re new to press-ons, start with the tabs. They let you check the fit and see how a set feels before committing, and they lift off without soaking. Use the glue when you want a set to stay put — a holiday, an event, or a full two weeks.
Each set includes 32 nails across 16 sizes, so you can match each finger without measuring. Aim for edge-to-edge coverage that feels snug, not tight. Between sizes? Go slightly bigger and file the sides.
With tabs, lift gently from one edge with the manicure stick. With glue, soak your hands in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes, then lift gently from the edge with the same stick — if you feel resistance, soak longer. The one rule either way: never peel.
Yes, either way. With tabs they lift off clean and go straight back on. With glue, soak them off in warm soapy water, then gently buff the glue from the back of each nail with the file in your kit. Avoid acetone — it takes the glue off, but it damages the nail and that set won’t be reusable.
Prep is most of it. Buff the surface of the nail, wipe it with the prep pad, and let it dry fully before applying — any oil or hand cream left behind is the usual reason a nail lifts early. After that, avoid water for at least an hour, and wear gloves for washing up and chores.
Easy fix in two minutes. Dry both your natural nail and the press-on, add a tiny dot of glue, then press for 15–30 seconds. Wait 1 hour before water and you’re back to normal.
